Under an agreement signed last week with their developer, PVFC Real Estate Joint Stock Company (PVFC Land), the US group will manage Dolphin Plaza and Diamond Tower.
Dolphin Plaza, expected to open by the end of next year, will consist of four 28-story buildings, two each for offices and the luxury apartments.
Work on the VND600 billion (US$31.4 million) complex on Tran Binh Street began in late 2008.
The 2.8 hectare Diamond Tower, to have five blocks of apartment buildings, is scheduled to break ground in the second quarter of this year.
The Hanoi-based PVFC also owns PVN Duc Giang City Area in Hanoi and the 6,500 square meter Nha Trang Lighthouse Complex and a residential zone in Nha Trang.
It is a subsidiary of the PetroVietnam Finance Corporation, which belongs to state-owned oil monopoly PetroVietnam.
Cushman & Wakefield, based in New York, has 231 offices in 58 countries.
It opened its office in Vietnam in March 2008.
